SIM Gear was born out of seeing the need of international athletes for training kit that they had to, in most cases fund themselves and a desire to support these athletes and free them up to train, not worry about kit.

Sports International Magazine champions women’s sport around the world and so in partnership with them the brand was born.

SIMGear has been set up with the same principles that Sports International Magazine was set up with: to support women’s sport globally. The focus here is on sportswear for teams and individual athletes that enables the athlete to train and relax. We want athletes to spend their energy on training to be the best and non on worrying about kit, so we are here to facilitate that for teams and athletes around the world. We are very pleased to be supporting the Dragons International Invitational Rugby 7’s team, comprising of capped players from Australia, England, Wales, Scotland, Holland and Ireland.

As well as team sport the individual athlete is supported and we are very pleased to have Kelly Edwards, silver medallist at the Commonwealth games and Team GB member as our ambassador.

We are in discussion with a number of international athletes as to how we can support them best, so watch this space.

We are always interested in hearing from clubs and athletes that are looking for assistance with their clothing needs. Although we cant give clothing away we look to provide an alternative that really helps.

At SIMGear we aim to live by the motto on our clothing “seize the moment”.

Please feel free to contact us and we would love to hear from you.

Thanks
